All staff are encouraged to share their skills and work place experiences in a contextual manner with students throughout their daily contact both explicitly through careers activities and lesson delivery and also implicitly though the demonstartion of 'softer skills' such as empathy. Staff are invited to attend briefing sessions prior to careers activities and are actively encouraged to deliver in a variety of learning experiences. Staff should contact Mr Julian for further details and to ensure their skills are up to date with the rapidly changing local employment landscape.
