Uniform

We have a simple school uniform that can be bought at most clothing shops. The compulsory items available through our uniform provider, Rawcliffes Schoolwear, are of the highest quality and best value.

Logo school wear and other uniform items can be purchased from Rawcliffes Schoolwear, Savile Street, Hull.

Boys
  • White shirt or polo style shirt
  
  • Green sweatshirt with school logo 
  
  • Grey or black trousers or shorts
  
  • Sensible black shoes
  
Girls
  • White blouse or polo style shirt
  
  • Green sweatshirt with school logo
  
  • Green or grey skirt or pinafore dress, grey or black trousers or shorts, or in summer a green checked dress may be worn
  
  • Sensible black shoes, no high-heeled shoes or flip flops
  
Indoor PE
  • T-shirt in house colours with school logo and black shorts or skirt
  
  • Leotard for dance or gym optional
  

 It is recommended that Dance and Gym should be done in bare feet. However, suitable plimsolls may be worn when your child has a foot infection.

Outdoor PE
  • T-shirt in house colours and black shorts or skirt
  
  • PE shoes, trainers, football boots (depending on the activity)
  
  • Footballers should also wear shin guards
  
  • Optional-tracksuit for cold weather, dark coloured preferable
  
Jewellery

A single small, plain metal stud may be worn in pierced ears, but for safety reasons no other earrings should be worn. No other jewellery or studs or body piercing should be worn. All earrings need to be removed for PE lessons.

  
Hairstyles

Hair should be broadly of even length overall. Short styles are acceptable provided hair is of an even length (no shaved patterns). Mohican styles are not permitted. Hair should be of a natural colour and in an appropriate style. Unnatural coloured hair/streaks, hairpieces are not permitted.

  
Not Allowed

Please note the following items must not be worn in school:

  • Make-up
  • Denim items
  • Leisurewear (i.e. commercial football kits)
  • Training shoes except for PE
  

 All items of clothing and equipment should be clearly marked with the child’s name.
