The Sixth Form College provision is exceptional both in breadth and opportunity. We continue to celebrate academic success in our dedicated Sixth Form building, Tranby House.  This includes lecture-style seminar rooms, ICT rooms and a modern Café as well as dedicated Sixth Form recreational and study areas. 

Our Sixth Form College offers students a unique and fun learning experience in familiar surroundings; where they are engaged in their subjects by dedicated, well qualified and innovative staff who inspire them to enjoy studying in a stimulating, comfortable atmosphere of mutual respect and support. 

Students have the opportunity to study a wide variety of vocational and academic subjects, and we are continually adapting our courses by following our philosophy, ‘right student, right course’ so students leave us well-equipped for opportunities beyond school. 

We have invested heavily in study support equipment and the skilled Tutor team in the Sixth Form, which all but guarantees that any student who wishes to pursue Higher Education is successful. In addition, there is a high level of support both within and outside the team for those interested in pursuing all other career opportunities. 

Our work with The Consortium Sixth Form Partnership and other partners provide an exceptional breadth of opportunity for all students.
